The duration of this activity is 50-60 minutes depending on the selected variant

Note:

.          A minimum of 2 people are required to book the activity

·         Children above 10 years can do this activity and will be charged and adult price

·         Minimum weight 35kg and Maximum weight 90kg

·         Video charges not included in the cost

·         Spot booking is not available so you have to book this activity one day prior

• Vendor details will be shared after the booking. Please co-ordinate with vendor on reporting time and location

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellations are made 10 Days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations fee.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activity may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cashrefund will not be applicable for the same.

• Cancellations are stictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking. 

Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 business days

• All applicable refunds will be done in travellers Bank acount 

Booking Confirmation Policy

• The customer receives a confimation voucher via email with in 24 hrs of Sucessful booking 

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customers preference will be arranged and a new cofirmation voucher will be sent via email.

• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will  be processed.
